SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Deliveries in Italy in 1-3 working days by express courier. In smaller towns and islands, deliveries take place in 2-4 working days. Orders placed before 2.00pm are shipped the same day. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse and is taken over by the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking link to follow each stage of the shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS IN ITALY

Shipping costs are free for orders over €98.90 €6 for orders below €98.90

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, generally from 9:00 to 18:00. We advise you to indicate an address where someone is always present, for example a concierge, an office or a trusted shop.

IMPORTANT: If you receive a damaged or tampered package, or in the case of a partial delivery , report the anomaly by writing the word " RESERVE " on the delivery document that the courier will have you sign. Notify our customer service as soon as possible of any irregularity, using ours Contact page or by sending us an email, with the order number and attaching photos of the damage or tampering with the package.

In case of delays in delivery, you can contact us within 30 days from the date of the order to allow us to make the necessary checks with the courier.
